Baton Rouge Southern Railroad(Watco Companies Inc.)BRS 60 and 63 in yard. This is the old KCS "new yard" in north Baton Rouge. From the logo and the paint, it seems these are ex Austin Area Terminal Railroad 60 and 63. MP15s? Engine 60 is quiet while 63 is dragged down the rails by its line of cars. No kidding, wheels were not turning but engine was sliding along the rails. Took about 20 feet for it to stop the cars.
