This would have been a better morning shot. Number 2014 here has LLPX (Locomotive Leasing Partners) lettered under the numbers on the cab, but the red, white and black block on the rear of the engine clearly says ESHR. Little Creek is just North of Norfolk. The ESHR runs ferry traffic via barges from Little Creek to Cape Charles across Chesapeake Bay.
