Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt Line 

 Again foiled by the Virginia sun.  This is number 2414 working in the NPB switching yard.  The NPB is owned by CSX and NS.  As far as I can tell, all power is provided by NS.  This is a former Southern engine as indicated by the lettering SOU under the numbers on the cab.  It's listed as a MP15DC.
